Christina is in her fourth year at Western as an HBA2 with a specialization in sustainability. Christina co-founded BoostHER in 2020 with a passion for female-empowerment and a vision to drive the world towards a more inclusive and welcoming place. She is responsible for overseeing the strategic and creative development of BoostHER.
Aanjalin is one of BoostHER’s blog writers in her fourth year and is pursuing a major in Physiology. She is an intersectional feminist who aspires to address the flaws rooted in patriarchal values and the need for gender equality through writing. She hopes to inspire and be inspired by the women in the BoostHER community.
Rachel is a fourth year Huron College student completing a double major in English and French language studies. Rachel joined BoostHER in January 2021 as a Brand Ambassador and has taken on the role of blog writer for the new academic year. She hopes to inspire women across all disciplines, including the arts, to confidently identify as a professional and follow their individual ambitions in the workplace.
Mahnoor is a fourth-year undergraduate student pursuing a major in political science and a minor in cinema studies. She joined the BoostHER team in May 2022 as a blog writer with the aspiration to address gender inequality in both the public and private spheres and shed light on the importance of intersectionality.
Sahar is one of BoostHER’s newest blog writers for the education portfolio. She is currently in her fourth year of Honours Specialization in International Relations. She is truly excited to start her journey with BoostHER in hopes this experience will allow her to empower the women in her community and introduce productive agents of change.
Victoria is a fourth-year (HBA1) student at the Ivey Business School and currently serves as Project Manager on the BoostHER Team. Victoria joined BoostHER in September 2020 with the aim of establishing a platform that promotes gender diversity, equity, and inclusion across various industries.
Prerna is a fifth-year (HBA2) student at the Ivey Business School and is the current VP of Outreach on the BoostHER Team. Prerna’s journey at BoostHER began in September of 2020 with the hopes of establishing a platform that successfully challenged gender barriers in the workplace while also empowering female-aligned students and professionals.
Pooja is a fourth-year business student at Western University. She started her journey with BoostHER as a Brand Ambassador, and currently serves as BoostHER’s Outreach Director. Pooja is passionate about female empowerment and providing a platform where women can succeed. Through her work with BoostHER, she hopes to be a catalyst and driving force in breaking the barrier for women in the workforce.
Chloe is a fourth year BMOS student at Western University specializing in consumer behaviour. She recently joined BoostHER as director of finance in October 2021, and is excited to be working alongside a group of inspirational women to provide support and opportunities for representation in the workplace.
Zayn Nasser is going into her 4th year at Western studying Business, Management and Organizational Studies with an Honours specialization in Marketing and Sustainability. She is the new Marketing Director for BoostHer and is seeking to improve brand awareness and recognition for BoostHer as well as developing and executing marketing strategies that will benefit the club and assist women in the workforce reach their intended career goals without the fear of patriarchy!
Mariam is in her fifth year at Western with an Honours Specialization in Sociology. She joined BoostHER as a marketing director because she is passionate about female empowerment and BoostHER's initiatives revolve around causes she actively works on, such as challenging institutional violence and creating liberatory spaces for marginalized groups through intersectionality, advocacy, and accessability.
Hiya is in her second year at Western University studying management and organizational studies with a major in Human Resource Management. She joined BoostHer in May 2022 as a Graphic Designer in hopes to help educate and empower women about gender inequality and stepping up in the workforce with confidence.

Tiba is a fifth-year student at Western University studying Psychology and Criminology and currently serves as BoostHER’s Community Outreach Director. Asma is in her third year at Western pursuing Psychology. She first joined BoostHER in 2021 as a Mentee and is currently the Director of Community Relations! She has a drive for Psychology, social impact, entrepreneurship, writing and mental wellness. Asma is an ambitious, compassionate individual that is inspired by the women around her, and aspires to do the same in turn.

Madeline is a fourth year health science student completing an honours specialization in rehabilitation sciences. Madeline joined BoostHER in January 2021 and has since moved up to head of brand ambassadors for the 2021/22 school year. Her goal is to use BoostHER to create a safe and welcoming community for young professional women to learn more about the professional world and the power they hold within it.
Urooba is a third-year student at Western University studying Business Management and currently serves as a Brand Ambassador. Urooba joined BoostHER to establish progressive platforms to facilitate future changes to improve the way women and other marginalized groups of people are seen as working professionals.
Hirava is a fourth year medical science student pursuing an HSP in IMS and a minor in pharmacology. She is excited to serve as a Brand Ambassador on the BoostHER team this year. Hirava hopes to catalyze change by encouraging female-identifying individuals to find their confidence and share past experiences to educate others about persisting inequalities in the workforce.
Allison is a fourth year FIMS student currently completing an honours specialization in MIT with a certificate in digital communications and serves as a Brand Ambassador on the BoostHER Team. Allison joined BoostHER in January of 2021 with the hopes of inspiring individuals and creating meaningful change for women in the workforce.

Cindy is a third-year student at Western University pursuing a degree in Management and Organizational Studies, with a specialization in Finance. Since September 2021, she has served as a Brand Ambassador for BoostHER. Cindy joined the organization with the intention to educate and inform individuals on the importance of female empowerment; not only that, she aims to help contribute in fostering a community where female-identifying individuals feel supported and are provided with the necessary resources to succeed in highly competitive and traditionally male-dominated industries.
I am a first year health sciences student. I am also a brand ambassador for a jewelry brand, Vellicora Jewels. By representing BoostHer, as a future female in STEM, I want to create a brighter future for the women in STEM as working professionals by encouraging and educating other individuals within the community to make a difference.
