Ria Iyer
Co-Founder
Ria is the Co-Founder of BoostHER. She has a mission to provide female students with a platform to succeed and connect with one another. Ria is responsible for overseeing the portfolio and coordinating the BoostHER Network.

Christina Nemez
Co-Founder
Christina co-founded BoostHER in 2020 with a passion for female-empowerment and a vision to drive the world towards a more inclusive and welcoming place. She is responsible for overseeing the strategic and creative development of BoostHER.
Jordan Rooney
Co-President
Jordan is a fourth-year Honours BMOS student specializing in Consumer Behaviour and currently serves as Co-President of BoostHER. She is passionate about building meaningful connections, supporting others in reaching their professional goals, and learning from the diverse experiences of those around her. After graduating from Western, Jordan hopes to pursue opportunities in international business. In her role with BoostHER, she oversees portfolios and ensures the successful planning and execution of club initiatives.
Eman Madhani

Hi, I’m Eman! I’m a fourth-year Consumer Behaviour student passionate about partnerships, brand, and creating spaces where women feel empowered to lead. My university journey has been shaped by BoostHER and its strong focus on connection and growth! Through my role, I’m driven to build meaningful opportunities that connect students with mentors, brands, and each other.

Kate is currently a third year Business student studying within the Finance module at Western University. She previously served as our Outreach Director and progressed in her role to be promoted as VP Outreach.
Beyond her studies she enjoys spending time at her family cottage, jogging, and having regular girls nights.

Hi my name is Tina, and as a nursing student, I am deeply passionate about shedding light on women’s health and recognizing female professionals in the healthcare system. I love BoostHER because it allows students to connect with women in their field of interest and explore ways they can make an impact.
