Co-Founder
Ria is the Co-Founder of BoostHER. She has a mission to provide female students with a platform to succeed and connect with one another. Ria is responsible for overseeing the portfolio and coordinating the BoostHER Network.

Christina Nemez
Co-Founder
Christina co-founded BoostHER in 2020 with a passion for female-empowerment and a vision to drive the world towards a more inclusive and welcoming place. She is responsible for overseeing the strategic and creative development of BoostHER.
Amy Li
Co-President
Amy is a fourth year dual degree student at Ivey and Medical Sciences. She has been a part of BoostHER for 3 years and is passionate about female empowerment and mentorship. Amy oversees all portfolios and club executive duties. Talk to her about the health sector, dogs, and lofi-music!
Pooja Patel
Co-President
Pooja is a fourth-year student at the Ivey Business School. She started her journey with BoostHER as a Brand Ambassador, and currently serves as BoostHER’s Co-president. Pooja is passionate about female empowerment and providing a platform where women can succeed. Through her work with BoostHER, she hopes to be a catalyst and driving force in breaking the barrier for women in the workforce.

Ikjot is a 4th year Medical Science Physiology student. She joined BoostHER at the recommendation of a friend and absolutely loves working with this team of amazing women. Ikjot is excited to help make a difference with the blog.

Sara Janmohamed
VP Outreach
Sara, a third-year student at the Ivey Business School, serves as the VP of
Outreach for BoostHER. In this role, she oversees the coordination of the Annual Mentorship Program and leads discussions in Fem talks. Her motivation lies in leveraging her abilities to empower women and cultivate an inclusive and supportive community.
Tara Kwok Outreach Director
Tara is a fourth-year student studying Business at Western University and is the Outreach
Director of BoostHER. She plays a pivotal role in recruiting and matching students with accomplished mentors, while also exploring unique journeys and insights from professionals. Tara is committed to creating an inclusive community where women are not only encouraged, but empowered to confidently pursue their ambitions and dreams.
Jelena Sikimic
Outreach Director
Jelena is a second year BMOS student specializing in accounting. She strives to foster a safe and inclusive community where women feel empowered, motivated, and supported to pursue their professional and personal goals. Jelena is responsible for recruiting and connecting students with young professional mentors and interviewing professionals on their experiences.

Noran is a fourth year student at Western University pursuing an Honours Specialization in Finance. She joined the team of BoostHER in 2022 and as Website Designer, makes efforts to tackle roles that showcase her passions to empower and advocate for all types of women in the professional realm.

Chau is a fourth year student at Western University studying BMOS. Chau wants to create a platform for creativity and for women to be able to
express themselves and connect with other like-minded women. Along with Noran, she is responsible for overseeing the marketing initiatives of BoostHER.
Hiya Kundra
Marketing Director
Hiya is a 3rd year student at Western University and a Marketing Director
specializing in social media at BoostHER. She is studying Management and Organizational Studies with a major in Human Resource Management.
She joined in hopes to help educate and empower women about gender
inequality and stepping up in the workforce with confidence.

Jocelyn is a second-year Computer Science student passionate about helping other students gain more insight into a variety of career paths. Jocelyn works on the marketing team alongside other graphic designers in creating content for BoostHER's social media platforms!

Video Editor
Anamika is a fourth year BMOS student, specializing in Consumer Behaviour. She is the current Video Editor for the BoostHER team and this is her first year being a part of BoostHER. Anamika joined the team to empower women in the workplace and work aside women who are passionate about the same. She hopes to create engaging content that make a difference for educate others and empower women.

Rachel is in her second year at Western University, specializing in BMOS, Management and Legal Studies. In her first year being part of BoostHER, Rachel will be participating as this year's Web Designer. Rachel seeks to portray BoostHer in an impactful sense, and increase awareness about the opportunities available for women in the professional world.

VP Community Relations
Ella is a third-year FIMS student at Western University, studying MIT and currently serves as BoostHER's VP of Community Relations. She is passionate about providing women with the resources needed to break down barriers and reach their full potential. Ella is responsible for overseeing other chapters of the organization as well as building and maintaining mutually beneficial partnerships with driven women both in and outside our campus community.

Kirsten is a fourth-year (HBA2) student at the Ivey Business School. She joined BoostHER in 2021 to empower the women in her community. Kirsten is excited to work with the finance team again this year to provide funding that supports the creation of meaningful professional experiences for young women.
