On International Women's Day at 6 PM EST, BoostHER hosted our cornerstone event, She Speaks, featuring keynote speakers, a senior leadership panel, and interactive workshops. We had females speaking from a variety of industries, including finance, tech, consulting, and social impact, which provided participants with a wide variety of perspectives from different industries. Our goal was to connect young women to leaders in order to learn more about the opportunities in different industries. We hope we created meaningful conversation about redefining the workplace and boosted females to reach their potential! This event was open to female students at all Ontario universities!
